Once we have received your order, the Pet Manager will be installed for you within a few hours (during business hours). You will receive an individual address, usually in the form “vereinsname.vereinszugang.de” (if still available).

After installation, our system sends an e-mail with the access data. You can use these to log in as an administrator and configure your Pet Manager.
