Support
We offer our customers a ticket system that guarantees fast and uncomplicated support. One ticket corresponds to one support request, regardless of the complexity and time required.
Each customer receives 5 tickets per month free of charge. This corresponds to five support requests per month.
The response time is a maximum of 48 hours (during business hours). Each additional ticket is charged at € 5.95.
Every user must be explicitly authorized to submit support requests so that your employees do not submit uncontrolled support requests and you are not burdened with unplanned costs. This way you can keep an overview and avoid surprises.
If you need more tickets or 48 hours response time is not enough, you can book one of our support packages. These extend the free tickets or shorten the response time.
If extended support in the form of remote maintenance, telephone or chat is desired or necessary, we charge € 23.80 per 15 minutes or part thereof for customers without a support contract. With a support contract, this fee is reduced to € 15 per 15 minutes or part thereof.
Suppport 24
Reduce the response time of your tickets to a maximum of 24 hours (within business hours). The price is valid for 5 tickets each! If you book a Ticket Plus package, this price increases accordingly.
Each additional ticket is charged at € 9.80.

Support Plus
If extended support in the form of remote maintenance, telephone or chat is desired or required, we charge € 23.80 per 15 minutes or part thereof. For customers who have booked the “Support 24” package, this fee is reduced to € 15 per 15 minutes or part thereof.
