How long is the term and when can I cancel?
The minimum term depends on the selected payment interval. You can always cancel 4 weeks before the end of the payment interval directly in the customer center.
Is the program GDPR compliant?
We only use German data centers and offer you an AV contract that you can conclude directly in the customer center. You can also process and log requests for information directly in the Pet Manager.
I am missing a function. Can you program this for me?
The Pet Manager was developed directly from practical experience. Even today, we are still dependent on feedback from our customers in order to develop the Pet Manager further in a meaningful way. So let us know what you want! If these are technically feasible and also useful for other customers, we will take them into account in further development.
If you have special requirements, we will be happy to provide you with an individual offer. Just ask us!
Who do I contact if I have questions or problems with the software?
You will find a link to our online manual directly in the Pet Manager.
If you cannot find what you are looking for there, you can also submit a support request directly from the Pet Manager. Or you can send an e-mail to our ticket system with the e-mail address support@kw-management.de.
The standard response time is 48 hours during business hours. If you require faster response times or other support channels, please contact us. We offer you individual support contracts that are specially tailored to your needs.
Please note that requests that are not received via the ticket system are subject to a charge!
